Product details
Grapes harvested by hand at their ideal ripening point, with the aim of showing vigorous ripeness, leading to greater aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations. After gentle crushing and total stemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats and mills, allowing the quality constituents present in the skins of very ripe grapes to pass smoothly into the wine. The wine aged in used 400 liter French oak barrels for approximately 14 months.
