Slow maceration in rotating horizontal vats at controlled temperature, in order to obtain very fresh and elegant wines, with good taste and aromatic complexity.

Tasting Notes:
A bright ruby colour of medium concentration, very beautiful and bright. The aroma is fresh, with red fruits such as raspberry and blackcurrant standing out, well adorned by subtle notes of heather. In the mouth it has volume, polished tannins and very well integrated acidity. The flavour confirms the aromatic notes and presents an elegant and pleasant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with grilled red meat dishes.
