Tasting Notes:
Colour with violet hues. Aroma with notes of ripe red fruits, with a slight vanilla and toast from aging in new barrels. Flavors of blackberries, strawberries, and raspberries. Consistent and balanced. Excellent acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Grilled meats, roasts, and rich cheeses. Picanha, barbecue, and roasts with spicy and seasoned sauces.
