Fermentation for 12 days, 24-25 degrees in stainless steel tanks and aged in barrels of French oak 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
It presents an intense ruby colour. On the nose the fruity aroma of the ripe red fruit, vanilla and notes spices. On the palate shows great structure, good volume, good smoothness and a well-connected acidity to tannins wine and wood. The end is persistent and harmonious.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
