Product details
The grapes were harvested at the end of October, revealing significant noble botrytization. After pressing and the must symbolically decanted, it fermented for one month in seasoned oak barrels. It matured in the barrels for a further 18 months.

Tasting Notes:
Old gold colour. Complex, intense aroma characteristic of heavily botrytized grapes, reminiscent of candied orange peel, toasted hazelnut, marmalade, spices and toasted wood. Taste: Distinguished by its balance between sweetness and acidity, and by its full-bodied flavour, characteristics that will give it good aging potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10 - 12º C.
Food Pairing:
Starters, especially the classic foie gras, as well as other pâtés, and desserts based on dried or caramelized fruits.
