The century-old Quinta Dona Doroteia, in Ervedosa do Douro, in the heart of the Douro Demarcated Region, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, has belonged to the Oliveira Family since the beginning of the 20th century.

Tasting Notes:
This reserve brings the essence of ripe fruit, where spice fragrances are enhanced, with a light touch of jam, which gives it a good, balanced volume, of fine tannins, with maximum, well-pronounced intensity that precedes the pleasure of a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It was created to enhance a starter of cheeses and sausages or to perfectly complement a meal of grilled meat, game, or even traditional cabidela rice.
