Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca,Sousão
Tasting Notes:
Dark colour intense, almost opaque. Cherries, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and plums, all very ripe and juicy fruits, stand out the cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, resin, tobacco box all very intoxicating and very well conjugated with the wood. It is voluptuous with firm but round tannins balanced by a salivary acidity. The ending is intense, balanced, complex and mysterious.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is a very gastronomic wine that perfectly accompany main dishes of codfish or red meat.
