Product details

Winemaking:
Grape quality is assured by restricting yield and canopy management. At harvest grapes are selectively hand-picked into small boxes at the peak of their maturity. The emphasis is on careful selection and gentle fruit handling. Whole cluster pressing, 100% Barrel fermented, 50% new French oak, 50% 2nd use. Ageing for 12 months in barrel with regime of frequent lees stirring.
