Product details
The grapes were harvested in the evening and pressed gently. The final part of the fermentation was in French and American oak barrels. The wine was aged on the lees for 4 months, and wrapped manually.

Tasting Notes:
citrus colour with golden hints, aroma endowed with some complexity well wrapped in nuances of yellow pulp fruit, luscious notes and light toast. In the mouth it is structured, intense and unctuous, with good acidity and a voluminous finish of medium persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to pair with white meat, fatty fish and Asian food.
