Product details
Harvested by hand, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified in accordance with a process that relies on careful maceration, complemented by pumping during fermentation. This takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 28-30ºC, until the desired degree Baume. At this stage, it proceeds to the addition of grape brandy (benefit), resulting in a fortified wine. Obtained by blending degree of maturation of wines and origin variables, led by aging in stainless steel and wood for a minimum of three years, thus ensuring a final wine rich, aromatic and with a balanced sweetness.
