Product details

Winemaking:
Complete destemming, crushing, fermentation at 25-30°C with skinning for approximately 2 to 3 days. Vatting and fermentation stopped by adding grape brandy at 77° so that the wine reaches approximately 19% alcohol. Storage in stainless steel for approximately 6 months, followed by ageing in used oak casks for approximately 8 years. Filtration before bottling.

Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended Tasting Temperature: 18 to 20°C. Can also be enjoyed chilled.

Food Pairing:
It goes perfectly with sweet cakes, such as apple pie with cinnamon or almond pie.
