Product details

Winemaking:
It's a blend of Port wines from Quinta da Manoella that were matured and aged in seasoned old casks of 630 liters approximately during 6 years at our old lodge.

Grape Varieties:
Traditional grape varieties

Tasting Notes:
Beautiful amber colour, fresh and intense nose with nuts, very well integrated wood. Smooth and round on the palate, rich flavours of dry fruits and apricot.

Store and Serve Advices:
Bottle should be in the upright position, at a constant temperature and away from intense direct light. After opening, consume preferably in 18 to 20 weeks. Port wine is a natural wine, so it may form some natural sediment with time. Pour it carefully, so it does not become cloudy. Should be served at a temperature between 10º and 12º C.

Food Pairing:
Pairs well with apple or almond pie, dried fruits with nuts and cheeses. It is great as an aperitif when served slightly chilled.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
