Only two wines were added to this batch: one from 2014, foot-trodden, which was fermented for 10 days, dry-fortified and then aged in a 400-liter barrel; and another from 2015, pressed in an open spout, fortified in a semi-sweet state and aged in a 700-liter barrel.

Tasting Notes:
Golden. Smooth and fresh aroma, toasted almonds, notes of hay, ripe apricot, and orange leaf. Creamy palate, good depth, and excellent acidity to counterbalance some sweetness. Persistent dryness, nutty flavours in a well-balanced finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving temperature between 12/13ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an appetizer, fish açorda, swordfish roe, smoked fish and cheeses.
