Costa Boal Old Bagaceira brandy is the result of a selection of pomace from our wines. It is made by slow double distillation in a traditional alembic still. It is aged in oak barrels, giving it a delicate and elegant colour and aroma.

Tasting Notes:
Honey colour, fragrant and penetrating aroma of pomace, softened by the touch of wood. Light spicy notes. Full-bodied on the palate, with an enveloping, velvety flavour and a lingering finish.
Storage:
Consume preferably in its pure state, at room temperature and served in a balloon or shot glass.
Perfect Serve:
Good as a digestive after a good meal and accompanied by a nice cigar.
