Manual harvest from selected plots, gentle pressing, followed by static clarification at 10ºC for 48h. Partial fermentation in a stainless steel tank at 14ºC, followed by part of the batch being transferred to barrels where fermentation ends and remains in aging. After “bâtonnage” for 5 months, the final batch is made and bottled, completing a minimum of 2 months of aging in the bottle.

Antão Vaz,Arinto,Verdelho,Viosinho
Tasting Notes:
Wine with a crystalline appearance, straw yellow colour with greenish tones, aroma of tropical fruit with some floral, citrus and vanilla notes. In the mouth it has good volume, excellent freshness and a persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Between 2 and 3 years, if stored in a cool, dark place with the bottle lying down. It should be served at a temperature of 10-12º.
Food Pairing:
Oven-roasted fish, cod dishes, white meats and some cheeses and sausages.
