Tasting Notes:
Full-bodied wine, full of character and with a soft texture. Wine rich in intense aromas and with the presence of pleasant micro-oxidation and notes of apricot. It is quite balanced between freshness and robustness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a dry place, away from light, at a constant temperature. Serve at 8/10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany grilled sardines or typical Alentejo food.
