When grapes reach the right point of maturation they are carefully picked and brought to the winery where they are fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature of 24-27ºC. Following fermentation the wine is filtered, stabilized and bottled for immediate consumption.

Tasting Notes:
It reveals a bright and lemony colour with greenish hues. It has a fresh fragrance of citrus and tropical fruit. In the mouth balanced and fresh. Finishes elegant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at 10 to 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Serve with soup, shellfish, fish dishes and some light meat dishes.
