Grapes coming from old vines with various old mixed varieties white and red. Harvest occurred in early September. White and red grapes harvested at the same time and co-fermented in a temperature-controlled stainless steel vat. The blend aged in vats for a period of 14 months.

Tasting Notes:
Mild salmon red colour, complex aromas with notes of cherry and woods. In the mouth reveals great balance of acidity and freshness, well structured.

Serve at a temperature between 10-12ºC.

Pair with soft cheeses and baked fish.
