Night harvest in order to maintain the physical and aromatic integrity of the berries. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature with subsequent pressing in a pneumatic press.

Syrah,Cabernet Sauvignon,Aragonêz,Alicante Bouschet,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour, red fruit aromas, with good definition and some balsamic notes with nuances of jam and slight vegetable. In the mouth it is fresh, with good acidity, with very ripe and balanced tannins, finishes with a silky, elegant finish with medium persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to pair with all types of meat dishes, dry or soft cheeses.
