Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 26ºC. Ageing for 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by 12 months in the bottle.
Grape Varieties:
Alicante Bouschet,Touriga Nacional,Syrah,Touriga Franca
Tasting Notes:
Intense in colour, the aroma reveals woodland fruit combined with notes of cocoa and tobacco leaves. The palate is deep and concentrated, with firm tannins that give it structure and a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles should be kept in a cool, dark place, between 12ºC and 13ºC and with relative humidity close to 60%. It should be served at a temperature of between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
