Winemaking:
Grapes harvested in excellent ripening conditions. Vinified in a rotating vat with controlled temperature and 15 days of maceration, including a cold pre-fermentative maceration. After malolactic fermentation, it aged for 18 months in new and used French and American oak barrels. It was bottled in August.

Tasting Notes:
Opaque ruby colour, aromas of wild black fruits with a floral touch and well integrated barrel. Very full-bodied, still with some tannins from its youth that give it some astringency, on a base of high quality ripe fruit, integrated with a slight touch of wood from the aging barrel. Long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with game dishes, red meats, strong cheeses and well seasoned dishes.

Contains sulphites.
