Product details
The grapes are de-stemmed and carefully selected on the manual sorting table. After crushing, they are trodden into marble presses using traditional foot treading. Transfer to a stainless steel tank where alcoholic fermentation ends. This is followed by 12 days of post-fermentation maceration. In half barrels of 300 liters of 1st and 2nd year French and Hungarian oak, over a period of 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Wine of intense colour, with aromas of jam, ripe fruit, truffles and vanilla. In the mouth it reveals good acidity, soft, but with firm tannins, and a long aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Ideal serving temperature 16 to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with red meats, stews and roasts.
