Aging on fine lees, 40% in stainless steel vats, 60% in used barrels, for a minimum of 8 months.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour, excellent aromatic intensity, dominated by wild black fruits. In the mouth it is deep, with present and integrated tannin. Intense and gastronomic finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16-17ºC. This wine can be consumed immediately after bottling or it can be stored for at least 10 years.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany red meats cooked in the oven, game or traditional desserts.
