Product details
This wine originates from a single plot of old vineyard, made up of a mixture of white and red grape varieties. The entire portion was harvested manually and at once, into 20kg boxes. The selection of bunches and berries took place in the winery, where 50% of the bunches were de-stemmed and lightly crushed and the remaining 50% entered intact for fermentation. The must, in contact with the skins and seeds, fermented in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature (24ºC / 26ºC).
Grape Varieties:
Traditional grape varieties
Tasting Notes:
Clear and bright wine, with a petroleum color and medium intensity. On the nose, it suggests sweet red fruit, notes of watermelon, raspberry and currant in liqueur, mixed with a light floral. In the mouth, we have freshness, fine and elegant tannins, which combine perfectly with the sweetness of the fruit and a light vegetal touch that makes us salivate and invites us for another sip. A disconcerting but very curious profile.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled between 12 ° C and 14 ° C.
Food Pairing:
A very irreverent, delicate and fresh "palheto" type wine. Cold summer salads, pasta, some simple fish from the garden or even tomato rice with fried small mackerel are good suggestions for a perfect wedding.
Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
