Product details
Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Franca,Aragonêz,Sousão
Tasting Notes:
Bright ruby in colour. Aromatic bouquet, clean and inviting to taste. Aromas of ripe red fruits and a fresh touch of cistus. Some fine spice and light vanilla, showing the ageing in barrels. On the palate it's elegant, with moderate but refreshing acidity and silky tannins, emphasising the alcohol, typical of a wine from a warm climate, which takes us back to the deep Alentejo where this wine originates. It finishes delicate, fresh and simply pleasurable.
Store and Serve Advices:
As it is a more elegant wine, where the sensation of freshness is its strongest point, we recommend serving it between 14 and 15ºC.
Food Pairing:
Its elegance, notable freshness and delicate tannins make it ideal for pairing with fine-cut sausages, some more delicate and tender meats or pizzas and pasta with tomato sauces. For more adventurous tasters, we suggest fish in the oven with fresh herbs such as coriander, pennyroyal and thyme.
Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
