The Whisky is first matured for 3 years in ex-bourbon casks, then transferred to a first fill, recently emptied Rare Portuguese Cask, for extra-maturation for a certain number of years. Bottled according to cask strength at precisely the right time, this is a very limited one-off bottling, the first and last edition of a special Cask Strength Single Malt.
Tasting Notes:
This is an exceptional single cask of 100% malted barley whisky. A symbol of excellence, this unique and uncopyable whisky is a must for connoisseurs and Whisky fans. It has a natural colour, with no added caramel.
Storage:
Serve in a balloon cup at a temperature of 20ºC.
Perfect Serve:
Ideal to serve as a digestive after a meal, or to accompany a good cigar.
