Winemaking:
The vinification takes place in stainless steel vats with 1 day of pre-fermentative maceration before the fermentation.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Franca,Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz

Tasting Notes:
Mid-tawny. Clementine, walnut and mocha aromas. Sweet walnuts and earth spices. Rich mouthful finish, almost dry.

Store and Serve Advices:
Get the most from your port wine by choosing a reasonable sized port glass, serving it slightly chilled at 12ºC-14ºC.

Food Pairing:
Delicious as an aperitif or following an evening meal. It can also accompany chocolate, cheeses and cream-based desserts or desserts that are not overly sweet. It goes very well with dry fruit and nuts, nut cakes and Swiss rolls.
