Winemaking:
After a selection in the vineyard, a second selection was made at the sorting table, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 27ºC.

Aragonêz,Alfrocheiro,Alicante Bouschet
Tasting Notes:
Aromas of ripe plum, wild berries, some spice and dark chocolate. An engaging, elegant and balanced wine with a long and pleasant finish supported by fine and silky tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
It goes perfectly with dishes with strong aromas and flavors, such as stews, traditional lamb dishes, black pork and game.

Contains sulphites.
