Winemaking:
From the oldest vineyards at Monte dos Perdigões, fermented in Alentejo marble lagares and French oak vats, with medium maceration and sur lies maturation.

Grape Varieties:
Aragonêz,Touriga Nacional,Alicante Bouschet

Tasting Notes:
Very concentrated colour. Rich aroma of ripe fruit and some jam. The palate is round and enveloping. Soft tannins, good body and balance.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed at a temperature of 16º to 18ºC

Food Pairing:
Great with red meat dishes and well flavoured.
