Product details

Winemaking:
Made exclusively from the Arinto grape variety from Quinta de Catralvos and from a plot with clay soil. The grapes went straight into the press and this wine is the result of the must flowing without pressing and at very low pressure. Once clarified, it ferments with the indigenous yeasts partly in used 300-litre French oak barrels and partly in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Aged on fine lees for 9 months.
