Winemaking:
Manual harvest, with careful selection of plots and grapes. Brief skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation in French and Hungarian oak barrels. Aging for nine months in barrels with weekly bâtonnage.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 12-14°C.

Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
