Tasting Notes:
Yellow straw with golden reflections. Notes of ripe fruit are complemented with citrus touches, making this wine very rich in aromas, not undoing the mineral notes. It is a very complex and fresh wine due to the high content of malic acid. The fruity character combines with the notes of nuts. Very intense and persistent wine that presents great capacity of aging.
Store and Serve Advices:
Drink at a temperature of 8 to 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with grilled fishes, robust salads and white meat courses.
