Tasting Notes:
Clean nose, discreet with citrus sensations, green apple and wet stone. Mineral, full of class. In the mouth it is full, deep, with a vibrant acidity, again citrus, apple, very mineral and fresh. Great persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept in a dry and cool place, sheltered from light. Serve between 8°C-10°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with light meals such as fish dishes, sea-food and salads. However, its potential is also shown when enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif.
