Product details
Made exclusively from the Arinto grape variety from Quinta de Catralvos and from a plot with sandy soil. The grapes were destemmed and placed in a small tank where they fermented spontaneously with the skins macerating as if it were a red wine. After fermentation, the tank was closed and the skins were kept immersed in the wine for 3 months. It was bottled unfiltered and without stabilisation.
