Product details

Winemaking:
Grapes harvested by hand from plots previously selected for this wine during the month of September. Selection of grapes in the field and in the cellar. Cold skin contact for 12 hours for aromatic extraction and improving the harmony of the must. Gentle pressing of the tear juice and cold decantation for 48 hours. Fermentation in used and new 225L French oak barrels with temperature control for 30 days. Aging in the same barrels with “Bâtonnage” for 1 year.
