Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Manual selection on a sorting mat. After destemming and crushing, the grapes are sent to a pneumatic press where the must is separated from the skins, and then subjected to static decantation for clarification, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature.

Greenish citrine color. Bright and vibrant aroma, with a strong presence of green apple and lime, accompanied by delicate floral notes, which lend elegance and sophistication. In the mouth, the wine reveals a balanced and harmonious profile, with nuances of white fruit. The acidity is integrated, contributing to a fresh and tasty finish.
