Manual Harvest of the grapes in 22 kg boxes, subject to rigorous pre-selection at the winery entrance. Later stemmed and pressed. Long alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature of 17º C and bâtonnage.

Intense fruity wine, aged in stainless steel vats and coming from vineyards over 20 years old. Very balanced, fresh, elegant, fruity and prolonged end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Can be served as an appetizer or paired with fish, seafood or poultry.
