Product details
From the robustness of nearly century-old vines, a unique wine is born. The western sun exposure provides a prolonged and complex ripening, creating a deep and elegant wine. As the vines receive intense sun during the hottest hours of the afternoon, the grapes develop a deeper concentration of phenolic compounds, resulting in wines with greater structure, more polished tannins and complex aromas. In our red wines, this exposure favors notes of ripe blue fruits, such as blackberry, blueberry and even cocoa. Aged for 24 months in new 225L French oak barrels.
