Tasting Notes:
Concentrated and clean ruby red color. On the nose, despite its youth, it presents good maturity, notes of liqueur red fruit combined with balsamic notes such as Indian ink, tea leaves and light tobacco. On the palate, it has volume and depth, showing itself to be smooth, with polished tannins of great finesse and elegance.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with grilled red meat dishes.
