Product details

Winemaking:
The harvest of this batch began on September 29th and continued until mid-October. The grapes were transported in 20kg boxes to the winery, where they were selected on the sorting table. This was followed by partial destemming and crushing into stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation took place over 12 days, with the temperature controlled at 23ºC, during which pumping over was carried out every 2 hours, with each cycle lasting 3 minutes.

It is recommended to store in a cool place, at a constant temperature (ideal storage temperature 12ºC), away from light, and in a horizontal position.

This grape variety is easy to pair with a variety of foods. It pairs perfectly with red meat and game, strong-flavoured cheeses and spicy and seasoned dishes.
