Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinto Cão
Tasting Notes:
Deep in color, dense aroma, black fruits such as blackberries and black plums, dark chocolate, all austere and chemical. In the mouth we feel tannins still present but fine, a structured red with the (used) wood only supporting the whole. A very austere Douro.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 14ºC and 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes perfectly with red meat dishes and grilled white meat.

Contains sulphites.
