Winemaking:
50% of the wine was fermented and foot trodden in traditional stone lagares. The other 50% was fermented without stems at controlled temperature for 10 days. Aged in French oak barrels during 12 months.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Nacional

Tasting Notes:
The nose is primary as can be, with fresh, grapey aromas and even a faint whiff of a winery with tanks in the midst of fermentation. On the palate, the wine is a big boy: chewy, yet layered, with purple skinned and other dark fruits showing surprising lift and freshness for this region.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Excellent with all kinds of meat dishes, especially for accompany grilled meats.
