Winemaking:
This wine comes from an old and forgotten undefined region, just south of the Douro border. Old vineyards (80-100 years old), high altitude (700m), granite soils, mixture of various white and red varieties. Hand-picked grapes for small boxes, with perfect maturation, and then hand-stepped in a small stainless steel vat, fermented with native yeasts, with minimal intervention for gentle extraction, to emphasize the elegance and softness of the original terroir.

Rufete,Baga,Castelão,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz
Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour. Cherry and blackberry notes. Good acidity, which gives it great gastronomic amplitude.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
