Manual harvest. Alcoholic fermentation, with skin contact, in stainless steel vats. Aging for 18 months, alternating between wood and stainless steel.

Tasting Notes:
Bright ruby coloured wine, with expressive aromas of elegant red fruits, elegantly combined with the depth of wood notes. In the mouth, the perfect harmony of tannins with concentration and freshness stands out. It is a long and complex wine, with great aging potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down away from direct light. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be enjoyed with your favourite red meat or cheeses.
