This Vinho Verde is produced exclusively with red grapes of the Vinhão variety. The production method for this wine is a “Curtimenta” style process. This method consists of crushing the grapes in a small press with treading and pumping over the must to extract maximum color from the grape skins.

Dark garnet-colored wine. It has an aroma of ripe red fruits such as blackberries or blueberries. It has an intense and striking flavor, very pleasant with a long and elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 12/14ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is a Vinho Verde with a typical, elegant and versatile style, perfect to enjoy with traditional Minho food. Ideal to enjoy with a nice suckling pig, rojões or arroz de cabidela.
