Winemaking:
Grapes harvested, destemmed and pressed by artisanal processes / spontaneous fermentation in clay amphorae, coated with beeswax / aging "sur lies" for 3 months before bottling.

Grape Varieties:
Vinhão

Tasting Notes:
Intense purple colour. Concentrated aroma showing exotic wild berries, jam, vanilla and spices. Elegant, potent and voluminous in the mouth, with a silky texture. A complex and well structured wine.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Excellent with all kinds of meat dishes, especially for accompany grilled meats.

Contains sulphites.
