After harvesting and transporting for winery in small boxes (18-20kg), the bunches were destemmed, followed by a maceration for 24H, pressed and kept fermenting and aged on used barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Dark ruby colour. Aroma with abundant plant penchant, very ripe fruit. Full and voluminous in the mouth, good quality tannins, good structure.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with white meats, roasts and intense flavoured cheeses.
