Product details

Winemaking:
This wine is the result of a rigorous selection of our best Vinhão grapes and the result of a perfect harmony between modern techniques and tradition. The harvest, carried out only in the morning, was done manually in small boxes. Winemaking is done using the traditional method, with treading in granite presses, where alcoholic fermentation takes place, at controlled temperatures. This wine, as it is not filtered, is subject to deposits.

Store and Serve Advices:
This wine is best drunk at a temperature of 11- 13ºC.

This wine is delicious served with traditional regional meals like "papas de sarrabulho”, "rojões”, "arroz de cabidela”, Lamprey and codfish meals.

the best red wine i ever had with stuffed meat,magret de cannard, also i served it in my art show opening in Switzerland with traditional canapes, chorizo, filled eggs, bacalhau cakes, and every one loved it!
