Manual harvest and transport of the grapes to small boxes before going to the winery. Total destemming of the grapes without skin maceration in order to achieve a more elegant wine. Long fermentation under controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes:
Strong fruity aroma with notes of wild fruits and balsamic hints. In the mouth it shows flavours of red and wild fruits combined with balanced and structured tannins. Presents a very fresh acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
It can be stored for 5 years. Serve at a temperature between 12ºC-14ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with red meats and typical Portuguese dishes.
