Winemaking:
A unique collaboration between Quinta de Santiago and winemaker Nuno Mira do Ó. This project was born out of a true friendship and a shared passion for ‘Rock’, transcending vineyards and wines. With a minimalist approach, this irreverent and fresh red seeks to rescue forgotten grape varieties in a region that was once dominated by red vines.
Grape Varieties:
Alvarelhão,Pedral,Borraçal,Caínho,Alvarinho,Vinhão
Tasting Notes:
Alvarelhão, Pedral, Borraçal, Cainho and a little Vinhão, with Alvarinho lees. Immense aromatic freshness, macerated berries, earthy and mushroomy notes, with character and complexity. On the palate, the sharp acidity stands out against the light body, delivering a thirst-quenching, distinctive wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Traditional cuisine, vegetarian dishes, poultry, white meats, seafood, grilled meats, fish, cheeses, salads, sushi.
